theres something you should know
i’ve made my mind up that its meant to be
I love it when I convince myself something is the “greatest song.” I’m currently feeling that way with “Total Eclipse Of The Heart.”
I’ve had moments when I’ve felt the same about “Total Eclipse of the Heart” too. It’s epic, and underrated in the same way that “American Pie” is underrated: it’s so popular that people don’t want to admit that it’s a masterpiece of pop music.
Greatest song…….
I don’t trust people that are too hip for Bob Seger. Especially his early stuff. Mongrel is my favorite album of all time.
Not my fave Seger song. I’ll take “Fire Lake” any day of the week, though!
I’ve always wondered why Bob Seger is regarded as white trash music, while Bruce Springsteen is regarded as one of the greatest musicians of all time.
